We booked two rooms...it starts from the check-in time. On the website it says 16:00 (which is already a relatively late hour, but let's say...), and in practice we only got the second room around 17:00 (and the cleaner said that in practice rooms are only accepted from 18:00!). After receiving the rooms we spent almost 3 hours trying to cool the rooms with the air conditioners that didn't really work. At this point the owner stopped answering my calls (before that he was available at any moment...) and communication with him only worked through the cleaner! Just a hallucination... no matter what she tried to do, the air conditioners just didn't cool, they just blew air. In the heat that was this week in Italy, it was impossible to be in the rooms and sleep in them like that. After we got upset (through the cleaner, of course, because the owner didn't answer us, he would only contact her), he agreed to move us to another room where the situation was a little better in terms of cooling, but this room smells of mildew, and the toilet and shower are not part of the room, but are external... This room did not have a mini bar, so I had to carry the mini bar myself from the room we were leaving (with the owner's consent, of course, but in communication with the cleaner). We had to spend two nights like this, when in the first room my son and I just sweated all night because it was hot and the air conditioner didn't cool. Beyond that, there is really no private parking, but a free public parking lot a few hundred meters away. It is not written on the website that the kitchen is shared, we understood that it is a kitchen in each room, and in fact everything related to it is shared by all the other rooms and apartments in the building. It says that the whole unit is located on the ground floor!

The apartment is very Italian style. Walk in this little town, the air is fresh, Chill….The view from the window is like a painting. Also the location is near by the train station.by walking just few minutes. It’s very convenient.

It’s good enough. flawless.

The location was fine. There are parking spots nearby for free. We went to bologna by car, so we dont know anything about how the public transport is.

The airconditioning was horrible. It was too hot in the room, even when we had the airconditioning on the lowest stand. The room was not clean. We saw different insects in the room/bathroom like spiders/ants. Multiple spots in the room had dust or spiderwebs on them. It is hard to get a big suitcase to the second floor because the stairs are narrow/small. (And no this isn't a fake review) We saw some reviews with a bad rating for this hotel and the owner is replying that these are fake. We do not agree with the owner that these are fake and think this makes him look bad.
