A Casa di Giù B&B

Apartment is located in a house where the host also lives. Between the guest rooms, there is a shared area where breakfast is served. The garden is beautifully maintained, nicely landscaped, and illuminated in the evening, making the outdoor seating area especially pleasant. The room is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and has a lovely bathroom. Free parking is available on the nearby street close to the kindergarten. The location is a great base for exploring the surrounding area, including Syracuse, Ortigia, and nearby beaches. The host is very kind and welcoming.

The host kindly asked whether we would prefer a sweet or a savory breakfast, which we really appreciated. However, during our two-night stay, both breakfasts were sweet. After several days of sweet pastries, we were simply craving some ham, cheese, and eggs. 😄 It was only a small detail and certainly doesn’t take away from our overall excellent experience.

Il B&B si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo della città, ideale per chi cerca relax. A pochi minuti di auto si trovano supermercati e altri negozi. La struttura dispone di un’ampia zona verde, perfetta per rilassarsi. La camera e la zona colazione sono curate, accoglienti e confortevoli: ci si sente davvero come a casa. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze. La colazione è stata gradevole, con ottime torte fatte in casa. Consiglio questo splendido B&B a chiunque voglia soggiornare in un ambiente tranquillo e accogliente.

Sono stata per una notte ma appena varcato il cancello mi sono sentita a casa, tutto molto accogliente, Giuliana la proprietaria impeccabile, disponibile e gentile. Tutto molto curato e pulito Struttura nuova e ben tenuta. Ottima e abbondante colazione

Sauber und modernes Bad

Doppelzimmer sehr laut wegen Lage neben dem Frühstücksraum, ab 7:30 wird man von Geräuschen und Gesprächen geweckt Zimmer etwas dunkel und karg Lage am Stadtrand, aber das sollte einem vorher bewusst sein

Pulizia e accoglienza

Posizione molto tranquilla, camera confortevole e molto pulita, ottima colazione. La proprietaria ci ha accolto con gentilezza e cortesia e si è prodigata per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Pratico e comodo parcheggio vicino all’alloggio.
