"La habitación es cómoda pero la descripción es engañosa, cobran mas por habitación con baño"

El recepcionista nos cobro mas por habitación con baño, cuando en la descripción del alojamiento no decía que era sin baño. Nos presiono para pago en efectivo. Ademas, el recepcionista hablaba un muy mal ingles, difícil comunicarse con el.

Sia la stanza sia il bagno erano molto grandi e puliti. Posizione ottima, a 10 minuti dalla stazione e 15 dal centro.

A causa di un problema con il bagno siamo stati spostati in un'altra struttura. Mi hanno avvisato del cambio, ma non del fatto che non avrei potuto pagare con la carta, quindi sono stata costretta a prelevare. C'è stato un piccolo misunderstanding riguardo l'extra da pagare per il late check-in. Errore mio che non ho letto questa clausola, ma avrei gradito un po' più di gentilezza da parte dello staff.
