Quick access to both old and new city. Very friendly hosts.

Kindness of hosts. Although they speak only Italian, we could understand each other. They were very kind and proactive.

Breakfast options could be better. It was also a bit chilly, the house needs time to get warm.

Beautiful, cosy and clean apparment with everything you may need even for a longer stay. Basic and delicious breakfast enough to start your day. There was coffee, tea, milk, water, pasta, tomato, shower gel etc., even umbrellas for 3 of us - all very thoughtful of the owners. They are great people, waited for us even after the midnight. Bus station is 4 min from the appartment, less than 10min to get to city centre.

Oven did not work. Bed was a sofa?/pull out bed, but fairly comfortable.

Pleasant and cosy flat with patio in a quiet neighbourhood not far from the city centre and in walking distance from Citta alta. The bed was extremely confortable. Our son (4 years) had an extra bed. The heating was on when we arrived, which was great as the plane landed an hour late and it was quite chilly. The owners are very friendly. Breakfast was good, and we particularly appreciated it had items specially with child on mind (chocolate milk, yogurts, chocolate biscuits). Even if the house is a bit far from the center (40 min walking), there are bus running all day and during the week end too. There is a huge non-stop supermarket market a few meters from the house.

The pillows were a bit too thick.

It was a Very cute place. Cozy and truly giving the Italian vibe. Also very clean and well kept. The owners were incredibly nice and we felt very welcome. The location was perfect! Not too close to the center and not too far away either. Also very good connection with communal transport.

The bed was a little too squeaky. A bit loud when turning.

Our flight was diverted when coming into Bergamo so unfortunately we were late checking in. The hosts very kindly stayed up until the early hours of the morning to make sure we were in and happy. The accomodation was comfortable and great value for money. Location was good near to a shop and transport into the city was easy via the busses that run nearby. We had a great couple of days in Bergamo.

At night we found the room a little but cold but I guess this is due to it being the end of summer and possibly the heating wasn't in use just yet.
