Artas la tua casa indipendente a Lecce

The apartment itself was lovely, and the owner very helpful when we asked it if was possible to gain entry a little earlier than planned. The bed was comfy, and it was a cool retreat in the heat of the day. There was plenty of space to sit either inside or outside, and the kitchen was sensibly stocked with all basics, and a few welcome extras like water and teabags! The location in terms of exploring Lecce is excellent - right within the old town, and there are plenty of restaurants within very close proximity.

The street noise made sleeping difficult - there is a bar on the corner of the street which held a party on the first night which went on until the early hours. The second night was quieter but as the street is a thoroughfare, passers-by can clearly be heard, and again this can carry on very late. There are earplugs provided by the owner, so this can be mitigated, but if you are a light sleeper, it is something to be aware of.

Our stay was most exceptional. I was there for a scientific conference at the University of Lecce - and the appartment was wonderful! A bedroom, a livin room with a small kitchen, a clean and stylish bathroom with a large shower, a small coutyard, and a wunderful large roof terrace overlooking the nearby street, roofs etc. The rooms have medieval ceilings, thick, cooling walls, everything is clean, and the hosts were very helpful! There are restaurants and bars nearby - you are in the old part of the city, and you are in Italy, in a university town - so don´t be surprised, if there is LIFE on the streets until late in the night - I am an old fart and I loved it!

Great location in the old town. It was too hot to use the large roof terrace but would be lovely another time. It was very spacious with a seperate lounge with combined kitchen area. Decorated lovely and comfortable bed.

This house is absolutely amazing. A historical building with everything you need. Everything on your doorstep.The decor, shaded patio and sunroof terrace were just beautiful. The plants and sun loungers made me feel I was in a 5-star resort. I can't explain how beautiful it is. The train station is a 5 minute straightforward walk so you can travel to all the other beautiful towns/ cities. This is the best and most comfortable accommodation I have ever stayed in. Chiara was an amazing host and very helpful and considerate. I can't wait to come back.
