Die Lage. Die Zimmer sehr sauber.

Das Frühstück war lieblos und das Geschirr nicht sauber. Der Außenbereich um den Pool leider vernachlässigt.

Bâtisse remarquable dans un parc verdoyant. Accueil chaleureux. Piscine très appréciable. Petit déjeuner dans une salle hors du commun.

Buena ubicación y lindas vistas

El sector de pileta no estaba limpio, había poco personal, una sola persona para hacer todo. La persona era muy gentil y atenta.

Villa molto affascinante, sale affrescate al primo piano e compresa la sala della colazione. Piscina pulita e personale accogliente e simpatico.

Letti un po' duri.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely, particularly Michela who not only responded promptly to my queries before we went, but was also really helpful throughout our stay. When we went, it was 36 degrees so the swimming pool was a great thing to have and both the pool itself and the pool area were clean and tidy. There was an honesty bar there which was very reasonably priced and included delicious local wine made by the property. The location was good, a short walk to Buttrio train station or short drive to Udine. We had a car which I would probably recommend for this property.

The only thing I would change is that not all rooms are air conditioned. It was 25 degrees at night when we were there and it was very hot to sleep. A fan was provided.
