No air conditioning in a room that was listed as having air conditioning. Was traveling with my parents who are both over 70 years old and the listing was inaccurate. It was a last minute booking so the room would have been unoccupied for the night if we hadn't booked. Showed up and immediately realized that the room would not work. It was far too hot. They had no other rooms. They denied my request for a refund multiple times and ignored communication from Booking.com support. They stole over $250 from me and my family. I tried multiple times to message, call, and communicate with the owner through different channels with no response. I'm not sure how they can justify keeping ym money. We did not use their facilities in any capacity and they lied on their listing.

Très jolie chambre, petit déjeuner exceptionnel.

La ventilation de la salle de bain qui se met en route dès qu'on ouvre la porte. Elle est bruyante et réveille les occupants qui dorment encore.
