Deberían prestar más atención a las necesidades del cliente a la hora de llegar al alojamiento.

Tener que llamar a booking 2 veces para poder gestionar la hora de llegada más tarde. Debería ser habitual poder dejar las llaves de la habitación en un lugar habilitado cuando se da la circunstancia que los huéspedes van a llegar más tarde por el motivo que sea.
