Ci siamo fermati per una sola notte, per spezzare il viaggio di ritorno, mai scelta fú più piacevole! Un posto caldo, umano, pieno di vita. Pulizia impeccabile, punto strategico vicino al casello autostradale e a Bologna città, circondato da piccoli centri abitati dove passeggiare, nello scenario della tipica piana Emiliana. Immerso nel silenzio, abbiamo dormito divinamente. Una colazione abbondante, ricca di scelta di ogni tipo, vari tipi di latte, la scelta del salato o del dolce, cornetti caldi, crostatine fresche, veramente ammirevole. La proprietaria ci ha subito accolto e messo a nostro agio, facendoci sentire subito nella comodità e nella tranquillità, consigliandoci luoghi dove poter cenare e passeggiare, una donna straordinaria. Un saluto speciale va a Brando il vero e unico "padrone" di casa. Lucia e Enrico.

Ein sehr feines B&B in guter Lage zu Bologna. Die Gastgeberin war sehr aufmerksam. Das Grundstück war umzäunt und das Auto konnte dort abgestellt werden. Auch für den Fahrradträger und das Fahrrad war genug Platz vorhanden. Eine Pizzeria/Ristorante mit vernünftigen Preisen ist in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

I needed to go to CenterGrooss, the village of Lovoleto, where this beautiful house is located, is a 5-minute drive away. A two-story house with a decent garden plot. You are greeted by the hospitable hostess Milva. She does not speak a word of English, but has brilliantly mastered Google translator and communicates quite successfully. I must say that not a fly will fly past Milva, she sees and hears everything, she will not miss her own, but she will help her guests with any question and create comfortable conditions for your vacation. The apartment is on the second floor, there are three apartments. My wife and I got the larger of two rooms and a large bathroom. The first impression is very clean! The rooms have everything you need for short stays. I was there in January, the house is warm. Hot water from a gas water heater is always available. There is a kettle in the room, tea bags, snacks and cups are offered in the common hallway. For an additional 1 euro you can take a bottle of water and a clean towel. The bed is comfortable. The blanket was warm, the pillows were comfortable, the linen and towels were clean. The room is spacious and cozy. It is very important for a traveler to come to a cozy place to recuperate. Large closet, long table. The bathroom is spacious. There are consumables, a hair dryer, lots of towels. There are storage spaces, you can conveniently place a vanity case and its contents. Shower in the bathroom, bed. Room cleaning every day. In the morning, an adult woman comes and cleans everything under the supervision of the hostess. Internet access via WiFi at a good speed. This accommodation option offers not only a bed, but also breakfast. For this, there is a dining room on the ground floor. In the dining room, there are three tables, a large buffet with various dishes, a table with snacks for breakfast and a refrigerator where you can put your food and a microwave in which you can heat them up. For breakfast, Milva will offer you scrambled

Honestly, the overall impression is so good that I just don't want to remember the small shortcomings.
