The location for train station was excellent. Staff very helpful n nice.

Our room was L shaped the AC was over the bdrm door which didn't reach the bed around the corner. The room was very hot said 28c on ac temp, cause of position of ac sleep was very hard. Needs a fan to circulate the ac air. Otherwise the apt was good n clear.

Warm hospitality: Although the hotel was a bit tricky to find, we received a wonderful, warm welcome from Ms. Tania. She showed us around and explained everything available for our use. Great food and treats: The morning started with a delicious breakfast and coffee. A lovely touch was the homemade cakes available for guests throughout the entire day. Room comfort: The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room pleasantly cool.

Hard to find: The hotel's location isn't very clear; some better signs or directions would be helpful. Housekeeping oversight: After the room was cleaned, the staff forgot to restock the toilet paper (which was already empty), so we had to look for it ourselves upon returning. Room and bathroom maintenance issue: The rubber seal on the shower door is loose, resulting in a small puddle of water on the floor after every shower. Additionally, the radiators in both the room and the bathroom were not heating up.
