It was really cleaned and organized room. Great location and very well explaned entering explanation. Except one thing everything was great.

Bath was very very small. It was tiny. I could not use that. I am 183cm, 100kg and i could not enter and couldnt take a shower.

The room was clean and comfortable and staff (when available) friendly.

Location and check-in process was anything but easy. When you eventually find the place, you need to navigate via a cage like door, up a lift (or stairs), find the entrance door and then your room, all via various lock combinations and keys (and a complimentary WhatsApp video). This is NOT a hotel and I'd suggest it borders a hostel. Despite advising 3 months in advance that my wife is gluten free, for breakfast she was presented with the end piece of a loaf of bread and chocolate cake! Also, if you need anything in the evening (like towels), the next day is the quickest response. Not impressed I'm afraid.

La struttura si trova in una zona comodissima. L'ingresso è quello di un normale palazzo. Una volta raggiunta la stanza (con la massima disponibilità e gentilezza della Signora Elisabetta) si nota subito come tutto è curato nel dettaglio. Pulizia eccellente. Durante la colazione abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere anche la Signora Tania che ci ha serviti e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Le torte e le marmellate preparate dalla Signora Elisabetta sono spettacolari. Un 10 e lode alla dedizione 🧡 se dovessi tornare a Bologna saprei già dove prenotare nuovamente!

The location is perfect, close to the train station and not so far from the center. All super walkable. But the very best, the homemade cakes and marmalades!!

Could be slightly cleaner and the light in the bathroom is not ideal if you wanna get ready. A big plus, would be a full size mirror somewhere in the room.
