"Exceptional"

Location was perfect. Near the town and the Via Francegina which we were starting the next day. Host were lovely and great breakfast.

"Superb"

Comfortable, clean and a lot of room for breakfast, very nice and helpful host. Very attentive and kind host. Recommend for family or friend staying.

The staircase for the second floor is spiral and hard to climb. May be hard for the old people.

our hosts were so lovely! I had hoped to swim in early October and she immediately showed me the pool- a beautiful clean pool

everything was wonderful- the family was happy and the kids adorable…breakfast was real home-cooked food and great coffee. Our hostess was gracious as can be, it was just lovely. i had a great swim and got two apples from their tree for next day.

Beautiful B&B with pool

A little far out from the centre of town but this then allows for pool which was very much worth it

Booking.com stated that swimming pool was closed ..thus was not the case. Arrival . by train in darkness.... No taxis !

This bed and breakfast offers good value for money. The room was comfortable (good bed) and had airconditioning. The host was very friendly and Montefiascone is a nice, lively town. There are several good restaurants and the lake is a 15-minute drive. Orvieto is also worth visiting. All in all, a good location to discover the area

The swimming pool area was smaller than expected (looks nicer in the pictures) and is very close to a noisy road. There were also many, many mosquitos there (and in the room as well), so we didn't spend any time in the pool but went to the lake instead. The house itself is also rather noisy. You can hear the other guests very well (especially if they bring dogs and babies, which was the case for us) and when breakfast preparations start, this will likely wake you up. If you are a sound sleeper and/or a true morning person, this should not be an issue. Because it also not very expensive, we were still satisfied with our stay
