Die Lage war perfekt, auch das Haus ist sehr schön, wirklich.

Frühstück war inklusiv, dafür aber haben wir ein coupon für eine sher schöne Bar bekommen. Ich meine, die lage war super aber ein Kaffee am morgen für mich ist besonders wenn es im Haus, Zimmer oder Küche getrunken wird und man nicht sich erst vorbereiten muss um raus zu gehen. Sonst war alles wunderbar, das ist nur ein klein Manko nach meine persönliche Meinung.

Emplacement idéal au cœur d’Ascoli mais dans une rua calme et fraîche. Appartement charmant dans un environnement de caractère. À noter : parking public à 5 mn à pied ( environ 1,2 euros par jour) Mima est très gentille et disponible, et donne des adresses sympas. La cour est vraiment agréable. Elle serait embellie avec un peu plus de végétation.

Nous avons tout aimé. Juste quelques suggestions : les équipements de cuisine mériteraient d’être remplacés pour certains ( casseroles, poêles….), une plancha dans la cour serait un plus, le lit est confortable grâce à un sur matelas mais pourrait aussi être remplacé.

La posizione molto comodo con il centro. Molto tranquillo

All'ingresso dell' appartamento si percepiva odore di fumo di sigaretta. Segnalare meglio il divieto. Le pareti presentavano pezzi di intonaco staccati. Un divano letto molto scomodo e per di più entrambi con la struttura sporca. Piatto doccia vecchio e sporco. Non presente nel bagno il sapone per le mani. Presente solo bagnoschiuma.

Good location in old town. Comfortable and roomy apartment. Lovely terrace outside. Nicely furnished. Breakfast vouchers for the bar on the main plaza were great. Very friendly and helpful host.

We would have liked a coffee machine and a clothes drying rack to hang bath towels out to dry.
