The room was super clean and had a balcony. Location was really close to the city center but far enough to not get any noise.

The WiFi didn't work at all.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was so hospitable, and the breakfast was an added bonus! The air conditioning in the room was great, couldn't have survived the summer heat without it.

The parking spaces are pretty hard to find, so I wouldn't see there is free parking available at the property as it took quite a long time to find a free space.

Location

They can’t call them B&B and have this type of breakfast. There was no bread, cheese or any type of charcuterie. It was really poor. The morning cleaning staff was rude and not helpful. They are always mentioning that we should leave the room at 10am. During messagings, is in the room door… The cleaning was bad, the mini bar was turned off when we arrived and full of dust. They really need maintenance in the room, since the lamps were falling down. Not sound proving

the location was nice, the room had all the essentials, including a balcony. it was a quiet place. maddalena islands have spectacular beaches. i highly recommend that area for beaches

it seemed a little expensive for what was offered. the breakfast is very basic. the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. it was through WhatsApp but then they email you the door codes and the email went to my spam folder. if the initial communication was through whatsapp, why not provide the door codes through whatsapp as well? the host welcoming was a bit rushed.
