"La Spezia, inaspettatamente bella."

Posizione centralissima, nonostante il palazzo datato, la struttura è stata ristrutturata recentemente, la camera è molto confortevole e molto bene insonorizzata, c'è la macchina del caffè, abbiamo apprezzato i due bicchieri di vetro usati al posto dei nostri di plastica per bere un buon vino a fine giornata, bagno con tutto il necessario, ottima la pulizia, la sig.ra Jeta persona molto gradevole e accogliente.

Non abbiamo riscontrato nessun tipo di problema. È stato un meraviglioso weekend Ligure.

Posizione e tempestività del proprietario nella risoluzione della problematica.

La camera si scaldava solo tramite condizionatore, che se acceso saltava la corrente. Il proprietario ha subito riattivato la corrente e ci ha offerto coperte per scaldarci. Consiglio di convenzionarsi con bar di sotto molto buono per colazione.

La stanza è ampia, non comoda e in un palazzo centralissimo.

Il contatto con la struttura (dove non c'è nessuno ad accogliere) è stato un po' difficoltoso.
