B&B Case Rosse

Our experience at Case Rosse was nothing short of magical, rejuvenating, peaceful. As mentioned by many other reviewers, Renzo's communication and warmth was unmatched. He welcomed us so warmly, had excellent communication and fabulous restaurant recommendations (which he made reservations for). Our breakfasts were delicious and overlooked the beautiful sea and mountainside. Perhaps most magical- Renzo assisted my partner in a beautiful proposal on the beautiful terrace. We will never forget our beautiful experience at Case Rosse. Grazie mille to Renzo and to sweet Gambine!

Everything was great

Even before our stay, it was clear that Renzo is a kind and attentive host that goes out of his way to be of service. Leading up to our trip, he patiently helped arrange dinner reservations even with our ever-changing itinerary and dietary restrictions. On our arrival day, Renzo stayed actively in contact with us despite all of our travel delays, provided updates on the train schedule himself and personally picked us up from the station. Once we finally arrived (exhausted), we were warmly welcomed with refreshing spritzes on the balcony – a perfect start to our visit. Over the course of our stay we enjoyed excellent breakfasts, a breathtaking view you can't get enough of, and the occasional visit from the sweet resident cat. Renzo's immense generosity as a host is unmatched – I can't forget to mention that he so kindly rescued us when we found ourselves stranded in Santa Margherita during a train strike after a very long day. The room itself was simple and spacious and the area was beautiful and serene. Well worth all the stairs! I can't recommend this B&B enough and hope to return one day.

The stairs really can be quite intense, especially on the return back from the beach on a hot summer day. The humidity is no joke in July! Nothing we weren't warned about though and should be fine for those that don't mind getting their steps in and taking frequent breaks on the way up :)

Beautiful place in Camogli and as previous reviews state, Renzo is what makes this place so special. He was so helpful and kind and gave us the best recommendations around Camogli.

The view and access to the city center

Lorenzo was a wonderful host and was available for any assistance we needed including activity/hiking recommendations, dining reservations, and transportation to/from train station. He really made our stay special! Also, the views from the balcony were absolutely stunning!
