This was our second stay here and we booked for a second time because we had enjoyed it so much. When you book accommodation, you expect pleasant and helpful staff. But, the guys at Guesthouse Porto di Roma went above and beyond with their kindness towards us. We had booked transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the ship, both of which are superb. But, we had a nightmare journey and were stuck at Frankfurt airport for hours with no information. I tried keeping in touch and they were so understanding. When we finally got our flight to Rome it wasn’t getting in until midnight and the wonderful Giancarlo waited for us even though we would have understood if he hadn’t. The next day, we had a lovely breakfast and lots of sympathy from the girls who had heard of our problems. I had planned to get to Civitavecchia in early afternoon to enjoy what is a lovely hotel and relaxing in either the garden or lovely balcony of our room. What we got instead was much more valuable, true Italian warmth and kindness. I can never thank everyone at the hotel enough for turning around an horrific experience for us. Mille Gracie.❤️

Bardzo ładny ogród w którym można spędzić czas przed podróżą na rejs statkiem . Na przeciwko jest super pizzeria Personel bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy , śniadanie smaczne Polecam !!
