gentlemen who seemed to be in charge was never around and failed to correct TV issues, did not provide converters as promised. door lock on room not easy to open. WiFi also substandard as we seemed to of not been properly check in, despite having a room, so we could not access the network.

Better than expected.

There was no WiFi which was a big disappointment.

Everything was wonderful.

This is my own fault. It wouldn't been nice to have adapters for the different type of outlets. Once again, I should've been more prepared.

Breakfast was good, though some foods ran out and it was a little difficult to communicate with the host about coffee but the host was really nice and tried to be helpful. The room was light and big with decent storage. There's an excellent and authentic pizzeria across the street but that's the only place in easy reach and has nothing but pizza. The host organized a port shuttle for us on departure day. The area is quiet -- good for a post trans atlantic flight rest before a cruise departure.

It's a long way to the center of town and the bus didn't show up at the bus stop as expected. Very few places to even buy a beer or coffee nearby -- we ended up at a gas station shop twice!
