We stayed at this apartment for 2 nights, we arrived at 12 o'clock and the owner said that the check-out was at 3 o'clock, she wasn't so pleased when we said to leave the luggage just. The apartment consisted of several rooms, we had to pay extra for the air conditioning that was only in the room (the owner told us from the beginning to turn it off the air conditioning when we are not in the room even if we paid .....) in the rest of the apartment you could not breathe as it was hot, the kitchen leaves much to be desired, everything is old and not maintained, the linen (which was all stained and dirty , the color was gray but normally it should have been white) and the towels were also old and gray, the pillows and the bed were not comfortable, as the location is 5 minutes from the beach being the only good thing about this accommodation, I paid 107 euros per night but it's worth even 10 euros, there are also a lot of dogs that bark all the time, especially in the morning.When we arrived in our rom you couldn't breathe at all because she didn't start the aircon even if we was paying for that 😥waI absolutely do not recommend, horrible.This location is not even for a star ...not recommended

The hospitality was great and the host helped me with information on how to get around Rome as it was my first time there. This was a very kind gesture!

We rented 3 rooms for a family group. Beds super comfortable. Air conditioning greatly appreciated in the July heat. There were 4 rooms total with common areas but no one was in the 4th room so we had whole place to ourselves. Very spacious rooms. The hurricane blinds were nice as they served to black out the light for really nice sleep. Great to have a washing machine (no dryer). Walked to the beach many times - never seen such a developed beach area with huge boardwalk, bike lanes, sidewalk down by the sand, lifeguards and bathrooms. The food in Ostia was incredible. Ostia itself is a little run down but still good. Took short cab to Ostia Antica - a must see.

Little outdated but the bathrooms were updated.

The apartment had somewhat oldfashioned style, which was vey nice

It is a good location, we has a bus near there and it was easy to us went to everywhere.

The kitchen could be more clean.

The owner was lovely and very helpful
