Price and breakfast and parking space and cool temps at the height of a scorching summer

Somewhat far from main attractions and no terrace and no access to a garden or courtyard

Breakfast was great, different options were served alongside coffee or tea, such as meat cuts, butter and various homemade jams, also nice pastry. The owners are very friendly and always looking to help guests. We don't speak much Italian, but we could still understand the landlady who suggested we should visit the San Leo fortress on our way to San Marino. We did so and it was really worth it.

Helpful host prepared a really nice Italian breakfast each morning. Good location with a fairly easy ten minute walk into town. Fun town to explore, especially the two hills which provide a great view of the surrounding area.

We liked everything about this B&B. Our room was exceptional, comfortable bed, large bathroom & delicious breakfast. It’s so nice when you arrive at a B&B and feel as though your parents are welcoming you home for the night. This is exactly how we were treated, a bottle of water handed to us on arrival & a tour of our room and then left to relax and enjoy our private room. Franca and her husband make your stay so relaxing and the breakfast is plentiful. Because you are a short walk into town you can take in the views the smells and all the noises you hear in the country. Thank you for a magical night.

Just a little outside the lovely village of Pennabilli the B&B is along a quiet road with good parking facility. The house is beautifully kept, nicely decorated and our room and spacious bathroom impeccably clean. As it was chilly outside (mid-April), our room was well heated. Breakfast consisted of a vast choice of hams and cheese, fruit, yogurt and freshly baked cakes. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, we felt welcome and it was a pleasure to be their guests. The area is ideal for hiking and visiting the villages in the area. We can highly recommend the B&B.
