L' Ulivo Bed & Breakfast

The jasmine was beautiful on the porch. Also, there was a full stocked kitchen for cooking. Parking was easy and it was easy to find as well. Also the inside of the place if very large with a lot of space. The host did restock water in fridge during stay.

It was not very clean. We arrived to find the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. There was old used soap by the toilet in the bathroom. The beds were not very comfortable. The towels were very small and few. Old cigarettes in ashtray outside on the porch with missing cushions so it was uncomfortable to sit outside. Spiderwebs everywhere on porch and it was not swept. Also, the host entered our room many times while we were gone without permission. She did restock the fridge, which is how we could tell she was entering but she would also move around items in fridge and in room. So it was a little unnerving. Also air conditioning was very lacking.

Lovely chalet. Large clean and comfortable. Parking. Host came to give us information a short time after arriving. We managed with Google translate.

Lack of WiFi. It only worked for 10 mins then stopped. Poor mobile signal as well. Not so good if you are on a road trip. Too late to message hosts in the evening.

truly exceptional B&B to discover the beautiful Abruzzo region. L’Ulivo has everything: free parking, confortable beds (up to 4 people!), clean space, awesome kitchen, lovely breakfast and a delightful owner. on top of all that, incredible price! I’ll definitely be back.

Very welcoming breakfast with coffee, yoghurts, homemade cakes and plenty of biscuits. The accommodation was spotless and very well equipped. There is private parking on the premises. The place is very calm.

The thermostat and blinds in the bedroom window were broken but I understand they were to be fixed soon. Maybe there could be more kitchen towels.
