La posizione centrale a Catania, e la vicinanza a un grande parcheggio custodito. La gentilezza, disponibilità e precisione dei titolari.

Gli arredi poco funzionali. Il cattivo odore che proveniva dalla zona comune. La rumorosità della zona.
