Villa Orsini

Una villa meravigliosa in un quartiere tranquillo. Si trova proprio accanto a una stazione ferroviaria e a una fermata dell'autobus, quindi è piuttosto facile muoversi in direzione del/dal centro città. La camera era pulitissima e molto confortevole. Il personale è stato davvero cordiale e professionale.

Italienisches Frühstück, Kaffee, Kuchen, Obst, Joghurt und Cerealien. Alles Gut.

Wir hatten erst ein Problem mit dem Ausgang aus dem überwachten Siedlungsbereich. An zwei Tagen leider Schienenersatzverkehr an Stelle der U-Bahn.

The owner is a very nice person. Location was good in the supervised area but maybe a bit far from the city by public transportation. Was very nice to have a parking spot inside. Breakfast was maybe a bit too little, fresh bread instead of toast bread would have been nice but the pastry was fresh and very good and in fact just enough.

Depending on other guests it can get noisy. Something not really under the host control because it bad to do with the isolation. But maybe i would add a note somewhere on a wall to make guests aware to keep it a bit quiet after 10pm. One evening someone checked in just before 11pm just across our room and had to hear the whole check in explanation that happened i think close to our room. Those guests were also closing the door very hard so if you’re lucky to have quiet guests during your stay you’re lucky. That night i had difficulty falling asleep because of noise till after 12am.

Traditional property with table tennis and football area for our son. Quiet neighbourhood.

Location, 8 minutes walk to the local metro station, pleasant grounds and surroundings, good onsite secure parking, friendly hostess and staff. Quiet location in a gated community so need to check if arriving at times when the road might be closed (alternative entrance always available)

room was small. small corner shower, only one soap dispenser for shower and basin, two sachets of shampoo provided on arrival - not replaced, Two coffe pods provided per day (any extras must be requested and cost!) limited breakfast but no fresh bread

It was clean. Shower had hot water. Keys worked properly.

The building is loud. You can hear talking late into the night. Children were screaming both nights.
