"Great location, nice room but terrible customer service/management."

Great location, right in the heart of old town and about 1km from railway station. The rooms are nice and comfy with a nice little balcony.

The management team could provide better service online and explanations for their policies. They sent messages bordering on rude, saying they cannot accommodate our requests, even though we hadn't made any requests. They also cancelled our reservation citing the card could not be a debit card even though it was a Mastercard. We had to rebook exactly the same room with exactly the same card and the price had gone up and no one could explain why the price jump in less than 24hrs. They also accepted the card at the hotel, so not sure why they cancelled in the first place when you pay at the property. Very poor customer service.
