Spacious room, good shower pressure, self checkin

Weird breakfast. Maybe add something savoury or fresh instead of only wrapped sweets

Initially, our host said checkout is at a strangely early hour of 9:30am. We asked if we could have a more “normal” checkout time of 10:30am. Room was broken up into two beds. Bathroom was cramped and not clean. Building is going to require some climbing upstairs. “Breakfast” is a selection of unappealing plastic wrapped cookies. Communication is sporadic and unsatisfactory. We stayed in the ‘family room”. Two beds very comfortable.

Location is amazing, service as well. Owner was always reachable and ready to help.

The room itself could be a little bit cleaner.

The location was simply perfect as it is only 5 min away from the city centre on foot. The room was very spacious and we found coffee pods and candy on our arrival.

The breakfast could use some improvements since it was too sweet and it would be nice to integrate some more nutritional and fresh elements. The sheets were a bit old and worn out.

Received very clear check in information which was really helpful and had a flexible check in time. Option to leave bags after check out for a €5 fee. Staff always on hand to answer questions via WhatsApp. The bedroom and bathroom were modern and spacious and very clean. The breakfast was lovely, had a nice selection for me although some people may disagree (nothing for Gluten Free, no fruit options). In a great location to explore Ancona and easily accessible from the train station by bus. Close to local shops and restaurants. Very comfy beds and excellent amenities available - plenty of towels, shampoo/soap, hairdryer, air con.

The room was very noisy even with the windows shut you could hear people and traffic on the street below. The entire place was very clean other than the ornaments in the bedroom/bathroom which were covered in a thick layer of dust. The lock to my bedroom door was really difficult to use and because the bathroom is separate to the bedroom every time I needed to go over the corridor to the bathroom I had to fight with the bedroom door to lock it - pretty inconvenient for myself and noisy for other guests I’m sure.
