"Good hotel, stunning location, - would definitely return if visit again"

Amazing location and views of the coast. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Lovely breakfast too. Shower was very good.

Mosquitos! But that is not the fault of the staff!!

Sehr gute Lage am Rand der Altstadt. Sehr netter und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Alles tipptopp sauber.

In der Nacht manchmal etwas laut, aber grundsätzlich kein Problem.

"A friendly host with a comfortable room."

A good location, a 10 minute walk to the centre. It was clean with excellent wifi. Roberto provided fresh pastries every morning. A well designed room.

Breakfast was limited compared to other accommodation in the same price bracket.

"Superb stay in Central Bologna"

"Exceptional"

Our host Roberto was simply wonderful in every way! We felt like we were staying with family! He was accessible 100% of the time and helped with every question we had….booked our taxis…had croissants (or any other breakfast food you desired) waiting for us every morning….the room was spacious, impeccably clean and well appointed! Highly recommend and thank you Roberto for making our stay so delightful!

"Tolles Zimmer in super Lage."

Sehr gemütlich und bequem. Schönes Frühstück im Kühlschrank und Küche. Frisches Gebäck gab es auf Wunsch. Sensationelle Lage direkt in der Altstadt.

Aufgrund einer Veranstaltung sehr teuer. Normalerweise günstiger.

"Sehr hübsches Appartement mit toller Lage"

Als erstes möchte ich erwähnen, dass Roberto ein absolut zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Host ist. Der einen herzlich empfängt und mit guten Tipps versorgt. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, sehr hübsch eingerichtet und super sauber. Das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer lässt (so gut wie) keine Wünsche offen und die frischen Croissants sind wirklich ein Träumchen. Die Lage ist als Ausgangspunkt für eine Stadterkundung sehr gut. Auch haben wie die Option der kostenpflichtigen Parkmöglichleiten direkt neben der Unterkunft sehr zu schätzen gewusst.

Leider konnte man nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen, da es doch recht laut ist. ABER, das ist in der Stadt und bei der zentrumsnahen Lage einfach so. Und dafür hat die Klimaanlage perfekt funktioniert. :-)
