Room is comfortably sized, well stocked, Roberto is a perfect host and super helpful, location is great just within the old city. Beds are great. Clean and quiet.

Maintenance work on the building and nearby busy road makes some noise

A gem of a property, only 10/12 mins walk from the main heart of Bologna. A beautiful, modern yet cozy and clean room, with lots of nice little touches and hospitality. Roberto was an excellent host.

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Gute Lage, in weniger als 10 Min. ist man im historischen Zentrum. Frühstück gibt es im Zimmer. Roberto, der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend. Er kümmerte sich sehr um uns.

Für uns kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind im 3. Stock, ohne Lift.
