Il Mughetto

If you travel by train, than location of this apartment gives you necessary workout after long hours sitting down. The apartment is few minutes from old town center - close to major cafes and ristorantes. Unfortunately in March most of them were closed so this experience went pass us. Still, if you want to take a one day trip to near by towns and villages the bus stop is just around the corner. We used this opportunity to travel to Ovindoli and hike back to Celano through the Colle di Celano - wonderful experience. The landlady is very sweet and forthcoming, an example of superb Italian hospitality. The lack of wifi helps to get in the vacation mood.

There is not much to be disappointed. As we were the only guest at the time the whole apartment was ours to use. We could only wonder what would be the situation if there were another guests. If you are passionate cook, the kitchen utensils might come in short in some situations, but it didn`t bother us to prepare a meal for us. As mentioned, when you come off-season your options to eat out can be very limited but this has nothing to do with the apartment.
