Very beautiful historical palazzo kept in outstanding conditions. it feels like going back in time! however, it is fully equipped with modern amenities to guarantee a pleasant and comfortable stay. breakfast is very nice, Riccardo was a fantastic host. Aradeo is also a very cute town with some fantastic places to hang out: the bar right next to the Palazzo, pizzeria (Don Ciro), Trattorias, cocktail bars and supermarkets all within a 4 minutes walk reach. a true hidden gem!

Palazzo Francesco Grassi is a wonderful boutique hotel. It feels like you are staying in a private Palazzo as a family guest. Riccardo is a wonderful host. The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms of a grand scale. Breakfast was terrific too. Aradeo is a small town but has all you could ask for and is easily accessible to other towns and sights of Puglia.

There isn’t much to not like about Palazzo Francesco Grassi as it is very comfortable. Only a couple of things would enhance the room: a suitcase stand; maybe a slightly larger bar fridge; and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. These minor things would lift the experience.

This is one of the best places I've ever visited. There are no words to describe how beautiful it is, you just need to see it with your own eyes. It was super clean, there is everything you may need, and the service is on the really high level. I would definitely recommend this place! It worth all of the money, and I would say that the score is 100/10 !! Special thanks to Riccardo (the owner of the Palazzo F. Grassi)! You really made my staying in Italy, unforgettable !

We stayed here for one night as we traveled around Puglia. The hotel was well located for what we needed, 15 min from Gallipoli and close to Lecce. It was unfortunately bad weather the day we arrived but we found a gym 3 min walk away which worked well for us. The owner was externally helpful and couldn’t do enough. The rooms were beautiful and well thought out. it was probably the best night sleep we have had all week. Breakfast was also lovely. Thank you for letting us stay here.

What an amazing place and excellent host! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your Palace & the hospitality we received... everything is comfortable, from beds to parking.

Our host, Riccardo, was wonderful. He met us at our car, helped us with our bags, let us select our room and recommended the amazing restaurant, Tipiko, which is adjacent to his property. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The original ceiling frescoes were stunning. We arrived later than planned, but Ricardo was gracious enough to give us a tour of his family's palace. Breakfast was delightful and prepared to our specific, savory needs.

The mattress was a bit too firm, but that's the case almost everywhere in Italy.

We happened upon this property by chance - and great luck. It is miraculously beautiful, well thought through, and Ricardo is a wonderful host. You will spend your whole visit looking up at the frescos. Highly recommended.
