Ottima posizione, disponibilità del proprietario a risolvere i problemi abbastanza velocemente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura durante le festività natalizie. Il proprietario si è dimostrato una persona estremamente cordiale e disponibile: a causa dell'assenza di riscaldamento nel bagno e di un condizionatore poco performante in camera, è intervenuto tempestivamente portandoci due stufette elettriche. Ho apprezzato molto la reattività e la sincerità nel ammettere che l'impianto necessita di lavori di ristrutturazione. ​Tuttavia, viaggiare a fine dicembre richiede standard termici diversi; l'integrazione del riscaldamento non dovrebbe essere su richiesta del cliente, specialmente in pieno inverno. Un altro punto da segnalare riguarda il parcheggio: quello gratuito sotto il palazzo è praticamente impossibile da trovare vista l'alta densità abitativa della zona. Fortunatamente, proprio a fianco esiste un parcheggio a pagamento (0,50€ l'ora per 24 ore o 12€ per l'intera giornata) che consiglio vivamente per comodità e sicurezza.

The host communicated well and was super helpful. The place was gorgeous and I felt very safe. Check in and check out we're super easy. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Super bright unit, lots of windows and natural lights. There are auto blinds at the windows and are good to block the lights coming in in the morning. Just cross the busy road is a bus station where you can take bus to Amalfi coast and the ferry port. Train station is about 2 bus stops away. Owner is extremely helpful, he picked us up at a bus stop which is far from apartment, very nice man. The apartment is comfy with fully equipped kitchen and a L shape balcony. Local supermarket sole is 10mins walk away, price is good. Salerno is a good base to stay for day trips to Amalfi coast and surrounding. Highly recommend this unit if you like bright units and are not sensitive to noise and want to travel the nearby cities.

The thin walls. You can hear the train passing by, really loud if you open the balcony doors, it’s durable for me when door is closed. I can hear neighbours talking loudly almost every night even with door closed. The segregation of the rubbish to dispose out everyday, kinda complicated to me, there is a chart where the owner will explain to you once you check in. Shower room is quite small.

Unser Gastgeber Tomaso reagierte immer prompt auf unsere Anfragen und hat uns die sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung im 7. Stock mit Meerblick schon früher als geplant bereitgestellt. Er gab uns auch den Tipp, das Auto in einer nahegelegenen Garage zu parken. Fürs Frühstück bekamen wir Gutscheine in einem Bistro in der Nähe. Er wird uns als sehr sympatischer Gastgeber in Erinnerung bleiben.

Die Stadt selbst hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Allerdings war Ende Oktober auch nicht mehr viel los. Die Lage zur Promenade war gut.

Tomasso nos ayudó con todo, más de lo esperable, con un ánimo y una gentileza poco vistas. Muy muy amigable para recibir huespedes. El departamento está bien equipado y cuidado.

Lage war sehr gut, nähe Bahnhof und Meer. Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, In einer Caffetteria " T9 " in der nähe der Unterkunft konnte man mit" Breakfast Voucher"frühstücken. Total unhöfliches Personal, am 1. morgen gab es einen Expresso mit einem Croissant, am 2.morgen ein Glas Wasser und ein Croissant, nach einer Wachtezeit von ca. 20 Minuten. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage ,es gab sonst nichts.

Thema Frühstück, wie oben beschrieben, Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt, auch wenn man, in Italien eine andere Art von Frühstück als bei uns versteht. Für uns ist sowas einfach nicht nachvollziehbar, Es war schlicht und einfach eine SAUEREI Auf diese Zustände gab es in keinster weise weder vom Besitzer noch von Booking in der Anzeige einen einzigen hinweis.
