The owners go out of their way to make you feel truly welcome.

The rooms and building are absolutely gorgeous, everything has been recently refreshed. The pictures don't do justice to the remarkably high level of detail that went into every aspect of this very carefully renovated building. The rooms are not only beautiful but also very comfortable and we slept very well in the comfy beds and rooms with high ceilings. Everything is very quiet (with the exception of the main door, which can be heard at times). The hosts are extremely kind and attentive to details, helping us make every aspect of our stay as enjoyable as it could have been, from restaurant recommendations to helping us organise a Tour to Mount Etna. Breakfast is prepared à la carte and with very high levels of attention to detail as well.

As a very minor detail, some confusions of foods ordered for breakfast (e.g. scrambled instead of fried eggs, but they were also super tasty).

Great location and many restaurants around. Within walking distance to everything.

As mentioned to our hosts better bread would have been appreciated. Also even though you order the details of your breakfast in advance it should be possible to ask for simple things on the day like a croissant. I also didn’t appreciate being ignored at the breakfast table when the male host was only speaking to my partner, to explain things I didn’t ask for.

The location is superb. The room is gorgeous and very specious. The breakfast was fantastic The owners are some of the nicest and most helpful people we’ve ever met.

Parking is difficult to find in this area
