The room turned out to be part of the apartment where the owners live, maybe I was not attentive, but it is not stated anywhere. The room on the first floor is dark and damp. There is no air conditioning. The window overlooks a very noisy street

There was no breakfast at all. And the first coffee houses are not around the corner. But around the church of San Zeno, which is a nice area, without tourists, there are plenty of coffee houses.

A boiler with an instant coffee.

"A good place to spend a weekend on a budget."

I enjoyed the ease of access and the friendliness from the individual at the property. Although 5-10 minutes from the centre, it was easy to get into the centre and actually nice to see the 'periphery' of Verona. I didn't have any issues with my stay.
