Bella la vista dal balconcino sulla caratteristica piazza Santa Lucia con le sue alberate di Ficus e, di domenica, il mercato. Posizione strategica a metà strada tra il teatro greco e l'Ortigia. Camera silenziosa nonostante la zona molto vissuta.

"Good value for money, but with some reservations."

Breakfast was good and simple, relatively handy for Ortygia, very close to the Church of St Lucy and the famous painting by Caravaggio. An interesting, slightly out of the way location, it felt like a genuine Sicilian neighbourhood, definitely not a tourist trap. Lulu the parrot was a diverting addition.

Internet access was virtually non-existent, the air conditioning did not appear to be working.
