it was easy to do a self check-in. bathroom and room werw clean

there wasn't air conditioner in the living room / kitchen, so having breakfast or dinner there was impossible. The breakfast consists in some coffee, bread, jam, buns, etc they leave there the day before. there were ants in the room. very noisy "roommates"
