Heerlijk appartement! Erg ruim en schoon, het balkon was een heerlijke aanvulling. Op loopafstand van een gezellig typisch Italiaans dorp vol cultuur, kunst en lekker eten. Het bed kreeg een 10 net als de eigenaar 😊 Parkeren is perfect aan het einde van de straat. Fietsen mochten op het terrein aan een hek.

I deliberately gave all the lowest ratings because the experience was severely affected right from the very beginning. It shook us deeply and completely changed the travel experience we had in Tuscany. So: I sent the owner a message one hour before arrival to let him know we were coming. He didn’t respond. When we arrived exactly at the scheduled time, he wasn’t there. He didn’t answer the doorbell or the phone. I contacted Booking, spoke for 8 minutes on an international call (which will incur additional charges), and started looking for alternative accommodation in agreement with Booking. After an hour and a half of searching, the owner finally contacted me, saying that Booking had told him we hadn’t shown up. ????? I would not recommend this experience to anyone. Personally, I wish this owner would no longer rent out this accommodation to anyone.

La struttura è carina

Lo staff è decisamente da rivedere. Nella descrizione è scritto che c'è un parcheggio privato, ma in realtà il parcheggio privato è semplicemente parcheggiare sulla strada pubblica. Facendo notare la cosa, sebbene avessi già pagato, il mio interlocutore mi ha invitato a cercare un'altra struttura. Colazione molto scarsa.

Struttura davvero graziosa, camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione semplice ma sufficiente, parcheggio comodo proprio davanti il cancello. La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più, però, é stato sicuramente il suo gestore, simpaticissimo e super cortese e disponibile.
