Gioielli House Pompei

Room was clean and large. Bathroom was a good size for a city apartment.

The place is great and convenient. It is very near to the center and the train station, with lots of restaurants surrounded by. You can walk to Pompeii Ruins. The room is nice and tidy with a small bar inside. The staff was very welcoming!

It was close to railway station and good restaurants

Difficult to contact staff because the lobby wasn't attended.

Front desk girl is beyond welcoming, very nice and accommodating, she is very helpful and makes you feel at ease.

The accommodations are simply converted from either garages or storage rooms, I couldn't say but I personally think it's not suitable for living. Despite heating in the rooms you could feel huge moisture from the walls and overall "cold" feeling, we were there for one night and it's okay but I wouldn't be happier being there longer then just a sleep. On top of that there is very cold floor without carpets or rugs so you just go with your shoes because it's too cold to step with your socks on.

What a lovely place, the interrior is filled with lots of pretty details. The host Angela is exceptional! Location is fantastic- 4 min away from the train station, just next to the street with restaurants and very close to one of the exits to Pompei Archaeological park.

Friendliness of the service and accommoding to our needs

All good, except that we saw in the original listing that it would include breakfast. When we booked it said that was not included- so I do not know if that is an issue of Booking or the lodging.

The host was very helpful and kind. The room was very clean!

Refrigerator and espresso maker did not work. 😔

Location. new,clean bedroom and bathroom.

There was no breakfast.

We just stayed for one night but got a warm welcome by Angela who replied very fast to our messages. Our room was directly to the street but the street wasn‘t busy at night.
