La struttura è nuova, facile il checkin in autonomia e all'ingresso di Pescara. Stanza pulita, bagno molto comodo e accesso al balcone/terrazza. Rapporto qualità/prezzo onesto (ma si potrebbe fare di meglio).

All'esterno si presenta malissimo (una palazzina in un quartiere che sembra bombardato con mattoni a vista al posto delle finestre e una parte del prospetto non completato). C'era la "colazione inclusa" che consisteva in delle merendine e fette biscottate lasciate in camera più un succo di frutta (a gusto loro) nel frigo bar.
