The location was perfect. Walking distance to the train station and the centre and the main bus stops. Alberto is such a kind and friendly host. i read the reviews before choosing B&B, and people are not lying when they say the host and place is lovely. i stayed in a couple other places in Cagliari in my short stay and B&B was my favourite.
