Starview Apartment - Comfy Apt by the center

Ein wunderbar voll ausgestattetes Apartment in zentraler Lage mit einem wundervollen Gastgeber, der uns sehr viel Informationen zu Ausflüge und Umgebung gegeben hat. Als die Klimaanlage im oberen Wohnbereich defekt war, hat er diese bis zum nächsten Tag austauschen lassen. Meine Tochter hat ihren Modeschmuck, der ihr persönlich viel bedeutet, leider liegen gelassen, er war so nett ihn uns sogar nach Hause zu schicke, vielen herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Terrasse ist wirklich zauberhaft, die man über eine kleine Treppe vom Obergeschoss erreichen kann, wir konnten diese leider aufgrund der großen Hitze, die es gerade gab nicht nutzen, aber sonst ist diese sicher ein großes Highlight. Das Parken ist nur öffentlich möglich und je nach Uhrzeit war das schon eine Challenge, wir haben aber immer etwas gefunden und mit der App "Easypark" geht das auch ganz gut und man muss nicht schon im Voraus wissen, wie lange man stehen möchte.

Aurelio e sua madre ci hanno coccolati con colazioni fresche e abbondanti ogni mattina. Ci hanno fornito molti asciugamani, servizi per la casa e bevande. Posizione centrale e vicina a molti negozi. Pulizia impeccabile, massima disponibilità da parte loro, ci hanno permesso un checkout tardivo il nostro ultimo giorno. Grazie ancora, alla prossima

Mancanza di un parcheggio custodito, per cui è necessario girare un pochino per trovare un posto su strisce blu. Parcheggio a pagamento circa 6-8€ giornaliero, 20-25€ per i garage privati

This is what I loved about this property. The property was clean, smelled fresh, and comfortable. Upon our arrival, Aurelio and his mother Teresa were waiting or us in front of the property. They were able to guide us to the paid parking located just a five minute walk. When we entered, they had provided us with a welcome gift. There was fruit, juice and cookies for us to enjoy. There are 2 full bathrooms equipped with enough towels to accomodate 5 people for 3 days. Every cabinet I opened contained clean towels and bedding. If you need to do laundry, there is a washing machine and a line to hang out your clothes. The first floor contained a full bathroom, a bedroom, a pullout bed and the kitchen. The second floor contained a bedroom, a full bathroom and the door leading to the rooftop area. The rooftop area was a relaxing space to eat and see parts of the city. This property is walkable for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. One thing for sure, is that Aurelio and Teresa will make sure you have everything you need. Aurelio made sure he had our breakfast order (because of course breakfast was included). It is delivered at your convenience. Breakfast consists of the traditional Italian pastries and coffee. When it was time for us to leave, Teresa brought us a parting gift. What??? Never has this happened to us. It was the kindest of gestures and we really appreciated it. If you are hesitating about this property, do not hesitate. It's worth the money.

I do not have anything negative to say about this property. I enjoyed my stay and was able to do everything. I will say this, if you do not like stairs, this place may not be for you.

Beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean accommodation in a great location in Vico Equense. Aurelio and his mother are fantastic hosts and looked after us very well during our stay. I highly recommend staying at Starview B&B when in Vico.

Everything is perfect!

Aurelio et sa maman sont des hôtes très agréables et prévenants. Le logement est impeccable, bien équipé et parfaitement localisé. Les sites de la région sont époustouflants et tous facilement atteignables avec le train local.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geräumig. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt. Die Dachterrasse ist super, man kann von dort sogar etwas Meer sehen. Die Wohnung und Küche ist tiptop ausgestattet, wir haben aber nicht gekocht. Milch, Orangensaft, Wasser, Früchte (Zitronen, Orangen, Bananen) und Kaffeekapseln waren vorhanden. Der Gastgeber, Aurelio, hat uns regelmäßig kontaktiert, ob wir noch was benötigen und wann das Frühstück (Cornetti) geliefert werden soll. Auch seine Mutter war sehr herzlich. Wir wollten noch Zitrusfrüchte und Oliven mit nach Hause nehmen und Aurelios Mama hat uns diese beim lokalen Shop organisiert. Bielen Dank nochmals dafür. :-) Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Bzgl. Parkplätzen ist es etwas schwierig. Es hat aber immer wieder freie blau gekennteichnete Parkfelder in den Strassen. Mit der App Easypark lässt sich die Parkzeit gut einstellen und auch problemlos verlängern.

Wir waren mit zwei Jugendlichen da und wollten für beide ein eigenes Bett. Im Obergeschoss hat es eine Ottomane, die der Gastgeber als Bett für unseren jüngeren Sohn vorbereitet hatte. (Wir wollten das Sofa als Sofa nutzen und nicht als Auszugsbett.) Diese war etwas zu hart zum Liegen. Wir haben dann mit verschieden Decken (Decken, Handtücher etc hat es zur Genüge) gepolstert, und dann ging es. Die anderen Betten waren tiptop.

Ottima accoglienza da parte della padrona di casa e del figlio. Struttura pulita e comoda.
