The host was outside waiting at our arrival and showed us where to park free. Though the host's English was quite limited, he made use of an app to translate vocal requests/queries into Italian and vice versa. Host provided useful info on visiting Cinque Terre by rail and where to park our car free in La Spezia.

Hand carrying heavy trolley luggage from car to building entrance to avoid pulling luggage across grass. Could have unloaded bigger bags first before driving onto grass field.

The host is really welcoming, kind and ready to help, guide you about what you could do and where you could go visiting. He’s doing a massive effort to speak French so as to be easier to understand. Flyers are also available about what to do around. Fresh croissants are served for brekky and other stuff are available with coffee, tea and fruit jus. There is space to park your car.

The owner sandro and wife were very friendly and welcoming we really felt at home, our room was very clean big and comfortable bed,we shall definitely revisit.
