Beautiful, classic Italian manor house: spacious, relaxing with the feeling of a traditional, upscale agricultural area abode. Nice breakfast offerings in a well appointed dining room. Located in a rustic and scenic area, surrounded by much natural beauty. Owner lovely and interesting though somewhat distant, perhaps due to language differences. Overall a good experience marred only by the sewage problem described below.

Sewer smell on first floor, where our bedroom was located. The owner, after acknowledging this condition, changed our room to escape sewer smell, which solved this problem. However, we encountered several whiffs of sewage aroma in the hallway the next morning. Strongly suggest that owner correct this septic issue for the benefit of future guests. Of minor note was a feeling of being unceremoniously rushed out the next morning. Check out was 10:00 am, which we knew, and we were fully prepared to leave then but needed to use WiFi ( from common area) for a few minutes. Owner rather ungraciously instructed us to leave immediately, a surprisingly rude gesture from an otherwise genteel woman.

The owner is a fantastic lady that will help you in everything she can also her staff is great. Much appreciated. Thank you very much

Lovely old traditional home

If I was being picky it would have been good to have a small refrigerator in the room

Really nice location, although the house is far away from any places of interest.

We didn't feel welcomed in the house, we felt like we are disrupting the owner, although most of the time we were outside. The food for breakfast wasn't fresh, someone in the house was watching TV so loud that we couldn't sleep, there was no air conditioning, there was mold in the bathroom...

Isolated location, but it was just a stop over so it was ok for our 1 night.

This is an old Italian provincial house, furnished with Italian taste, very shady among big old trees in the hot Summer. Wonderful leisure garden with a small lake with places for reading a book in thick shade or bathing in the sun.

This is the second time that we choose this property - we liked it once and appreciated it for a second time again.

Very spacious place, the family treated us really well, nice breakfast and espectacular location.

Old house, small and uncomfortable beds
