La disponibilità e cortesia nel risolvere qualche "problema" iniziale. La signora delle pulizie pronta a dare consigli sulle passeggiate e luoghi vicini da visitare. Quiete e tranquillità, letto comodo, spaziosa e dotata di frigo e lavandino nella suite e molto utile la cucina in comune al secondo piano, per una pausa caffè e dotata di stoviglie e posate.

La struttura è in ottima posizione in centro vicino le vie principali il mare , il castello e il porto dove partono i traghetti x le Tremiti. La nostra stanza un po' piccola , il bagno con tutto il necessario e abbastanza grande . Tutto molto pulito. Non c'è la colazione ma una stanza attrezzata con microonde macchina del caffè bollitore e sempre preparata con piatti e posate da usare autonomamente ...ottima soluzione .
