B&B Via Stampatori

The accommodation is well-located with nice, if somewhat noisy, rooms. Based on the photos, we had assumed that parts of the common areas would be included with the room. Breakfast was okay and sufficient.

Unfortunately, we had to leave the accommodation early due to illness; according to the booking terms, there was no option to cancel the unused night. Nevertheless, we had informed the hosts well in advance and asked for a solution. We only received a response after repeated inquiries, and even then it was vague; there was not even a suggestion of an interest in finding a possible solution. This is all the more surprising given that there had been a lively exchange on the day of check-in, but after check-in, they remained largely silent. On the day of our early departure, we were also charged the local tax for 3 nights (including one night we didn’t use). Just as we were leaving the accommodation early as agreed, we received a note stating that we could purchase the in-house produced toiletries—not the kind of message we had expected. Due to the lack of hospitality, I would not book this accommodation again. After reviewing other reviews, it appears that this pattern of unavailability has also been observed by other guests.

Le lieu. Un petit palais de charme. Déco de bon goût. Hôtesse très agréable. Terrasse embaumant le jasmin en mai. Literie de qualité . Calme absolu. À 15´ à pied de la gare et 10´ du centre historique

Les 2 étages à monter (qui en valent 4). Rien de dramatique .

Le superbe cadre et le calme lors du petit déjeuner, très bon. Nous n'avons pas pu y dormir malgré notre réservation.

Difficile de porter un jugement sur un établissement (pourtant réservé et payé) qui nous a prévenu la veille (via la plateforme, sans possibilité de répondre) qu'il était en surbooking et nous a logé ailleurs dans un endroit plus bruyant. Nous y avons seulement pris le petit déjeuner,

Purtroppo il Giorno dell'arrivo mi hanno comunicato che sarei stato in un'altra location per problemi di 'allagamento'... la posizione comunque bella

Come Ho scritto mi hanno spostato In un'altra location e lì solo per la Colazione la Mattina , quindi ho dovuto spostarmi la Mattina tra l'altro chiedendo un anticipo alle 7,30 per il breakfast perché ero lì per lavoro

The breakfast was a special moment, sitting on the terrace surrounded by Jasmine in bloom. The room was large and clean. The property is central and in the historic district. It was a palace back in the day and still has those artistic qualities.

Floor creaked a lot in the bedroom but it is a very old building.

The terrorist for breakfast outside our room was amazing and the lovely ladies doing breakfast could not have been nicer

The room was a little small but perfect for a one or two night stay
