Good location (except in bad weather). Room was fine.

Fridge didn't work. A bit expensive for what it is.

The rooms are nice and spacious, just above a bar so breakfast was never a problem. The beds are reasonably comfortable and there was hot water, with good pressure. The location, Ono San Pietro, is scandalously beautiful and it was a pleasure to walk around. This place is convenient for short stays. The staff was kind and responsive.

The room reeked of cigarette smell; the first night it was unbearable, even the sheets and curtains smelled terrible. I asked for a change of sheets and the curtains to be removed and washed, and that was promptly done, but I never got the curtains back in the room, so privacy was not great. Besides that, the shower head wouldn't stay up straight, which was annoying. Finally, lots of noise from the bar downstairs - if you're a light sleeper, this could be a problem. Overall, good service but the place could be greatly improved - and the smoke smell was frankly unacceptable in a non-smoking room.

Room located in a small village, unfortunatley above the restaurant. I had to intervene as it was noisy to sleep there

It was fine for an overnight stop for us, and it would have been nice to have stayed longer. Nice area. We didn't find it noisy (see other reviews).

No real problems,. Breakfast ok - a bit basic, and we didn't have any plates or cereal dishes (or milk - but there was yoghurt), and couldn't find anyone.

the freshly made warm apple cake. Cleannes, big bathroom, very hot water, breakfast. 1 seg check-in. Rating it within it's price range (not a 5*), it exceeded our expectations.

All was good. Very nice and good service. The nature and town is amazingly beautiful

Hello. We were not able to contact the hotel on the day of arrival to confirm and clarify the time of check-in, not by e-mail or by phone (during the day several phone calls and an e-mail message were made). Therefore, we did not get to this hotel and were forced to rent another hotel. Upon returning home, we will decide on a refund. Thanks
