The location was excellent! Room decent size. Excellent communication from the owners with recommendations to eat etc nothing was too much trouble.

Bathroom very small and shower very small. There was a fragrance in the room that kept making our eyes water and sneezing.

Här välkomnas ni av en vänlig och energisk B&B-manager som gör sitt yttersta för att ni ska trivas. Att han bara kan italienska löser han med en app i mobltelefonen och en en vilja att förstå och göra sig förstådd. Vårt rum var ganska stort men med ett mindre badrum där toaletten är inklämd mellan duschen och en vägg. Sängarna är sköna även om jag personligen föredrar lite hårdare madrass. Frukosten är ok och man kan välja mellan en italiensk frukost och en mer kontinental. För att nå huvuddelen av rummen och den vackra terrassen där frukosten serveras så måste man gå i en ganska bred spiraltrappa vilket kanske inte passar alla. Sammantaget hade vi en trevlig vistelse här och kan rekommendera detta B&B.

Good location. Good communication from the owner before arriving at the property.

No one was around when we arrived. We rang the bell, texted on what’s app, and called twice. After about 15 minutes, we were able to contact the owner, who let us in remotely. Of all the places we stayed in Sicily, (7) this was the only place where we weren’t greeted or given an orientation to the property. The room was comfortable, although it was not easy carrying our suitcases up the winding staircase. The bathroom is very small, and my husband couldn’t fit in the shower. He is thin, but very tall. Breakfast was served on the upstairs terrace, where we had a great view of the harbor. The owner’s father made and served breakfast, and we had a lovely conversation via Google translate. The location is great, but the fact that no one was around our entire first day, and everything is “do it yourself” is a little off putting. Regardless of what the owner has said when other reviewers made note of this, it does detract from the experience.

Beautifully set up and clean property with great location and very accommodating staff.
