"Very comfortable"

The hotel was beautifully clean, the bed was incredibly comfy and the bar area was very nice. The hotel is situated perfectly if you are looking to dine out or go out for drinks.

One of the waiters was very stressed and quite rude to us, which was a shame as it was my birthday and created quite a lot of tension. Plus we were put in the breakfast area for dinner and the 'live' music was incredibly loud.

"Suite da sogno"

Abbiamo passato una notte nella suite Riflessi, che dire… tutto perfetto. La sauna, la vasca e il caminetto hanno reso l’atmosfera intima e accogliente. Pulizia della suite impeccabile e personale accogliente e gentile, soprattutto la barista del John Cafè. Colazione varia e abbondante. Esperienza 100% positiva.

Unica pecca, la suite in parte alla nostra era occupata da una famiglia con bambini che hanno fatto un bel po’ di casino sia la sera che alle 8 del mattino… purtroppo la struttura non poteva farci niente

Tuto assolutamente meraviglioso. Camera accogliente, comoda, spaziosa, bellissima, arredamento top e caratteristico di montagna, staff gentilissimo. Sauna, camino e vasca che fanno la differenza. Atmosfera rilassante e unica
