Very friendly contact with owners! The Whirlpool is of course the highlight of the room we booked and we really enjoyed it! Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast was in a bar nearby (it is very close) but it was "only" a pastry and a coffee which was a little bit disappointing.

Noise pollution outside and lack of proper noise cancelling windows and doors.

The room was very comfortable and the spa was an excellent tonic for weary bones! Giuseppe was very welcoming and helped us find a great restaurant.

Airy and spacious room in a central position. Meet and greet worked well. An easy drive to the Villa Romana.

Parking needs to be better explained. Suggested parking place was at an electrical car charge point so we moved car to a public car park close by only to wake up in the morning to the sounds of the market. The market place is the public car park. However we made a lot of friends manoeuvring the car out around the stalls. Not ideal though.

Clean, centrally located and guisseppi was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, not far away from the main bus station and historical center, in front of the shuttle to villa romana del Casale. Bedroom with comfortable bed and balcony. Very modern bathroom. Everything is super clean. Towels are new and fluffy. Great value for money. There is the possibility to leave your luggage and a kitchen that I did not use. The host is extremely friendly and available . Even though I did not pay for it, I was offered a complimentary breakfast at a near by bar.

Nothing . To note for persons with disability, there is a flight of stairs to access the apartment.
