Svegliarsi la mattina aprire la finestra ed essere rapiti dalle colline del barbaresco non ha prezzo. Fare colazione sotto un pergolato d’uva altrettanto… staff ineccepibile, gentilezza senza limiti… Quando si cerca il relax questo è quello che si vorrebbe.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend – besonders die selbstgemachten Torten haben überzeugt. Das Restaurant ist wunderschön gestaltet und bietet eine aussergewöhnliche Aussicht. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein grosser Pluspunkt ist der Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war grosszügig, geräumig und sehr sauber, ebenso das moderne und gepflegte Badezimmer. Besonders beeindruckend war die Aussicht vom Zimmer auf die traumhaften Weinberge des Piemont – einfach idyllisch.

Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass die Check-in-Zeiten nicht jederzeit möglich sind. Allerdings ist das absolut verständlich, da es sich um ein kleines Hotel handelt. Zudem war das Personal flexibel und bemüht, eine passende Lösung zu finden, sodass dies letztlich kein grosses Problem darstellte.

Rooms were a little warm. Air conditioning had a hard time keeping up. Also would have liked blackout curtains so could block out the light

The location, food, view, staff, and wine were AMAZING!

Nothing we “didn’t like,” but if we have to point something out, probably the lack of wheel chair access or elevator. This could be a pain point for some, or, if you have heavy luggage, be a bit of a struggle.

Exceptional value, very comfortable, great food and extensive wine list, staff is extremely pleasant and attentive
