The location was great and we used it as a base for visiting the local towns. It’s close to the center of Barbaresco. 15 minute walk. Breakfast buffet was excellent Restaurant was excellent The owners were super nice and the staff was freindly

"Could be much better"

This is a wonderful property, with clean and nicely decorated rooms. The breakfast had a great selection for different tastes, and a friendly service. The restaurant has a nice reputation, and we enjoyed out diner on one occasion.

The mattress in our room was worn and had extremely uncomfortable cover, after the first night I used a spare blanket under sheets to make it a bit better (this is the only reason I give low mark for our stay). In addition, WiFi was spotty. Bathroom needs some hooks for towels.
