駅からも近く、コスパも良い お部屋も広くとても素敵で（レイアウトが変わっていましたが笑）、お部屋から見える景色も良かったです。 共用スペースにある、お菓子やコーヒーも自由にいただくことができて、サービスもとても良かったです。 ボローニャに来るときはまたこのホテルを利用したいです。

ベッドに横になっていた時に、壁にかかっていた画が落ちてきてびっくりしました。落ちないようにしてもらえると幸いです。

Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla stazione. Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend di lavoro. Appartamento pulito con a disposizione un angolo per la colazione, Dove la struttura lascia a disposizione qualche snack e macchinetta del caffè, bollitore e forno a microonde. Gentilezza nella gestione del check-In

Location of the property is very convenient and the owner is readily available in case of need. They also let us store our bags for an extra two hours after check out.

The shower in our room was INSIDE the bedroom with a transparent door. It was inconvenient to use it as one of us had to be outside the room. The room had an unpleasant smell when we entered every time. The shower also ran out of hot water very soon. You can hear the trains and every other noise in the apartment very loudly at night, and the beds are not very comfortable.

Location was good for station, buses and previously visited restaurants

Breakfast was hardly that. Empty fridge, no milk for drinks, no ordinary teabags, no bread for the toaster. Standard of housekeeping left something to be desired- light fitting hanging out of the ceiling, loose window catches, wardrobe catch had seen better days (difficult to open), slippery floor when wet, tissue box was empty.
